You must notify us within 30 days of any items that you are not satisfied with.

All goods come with a Lifetime Warranty which must be activated within 30 days of purchase. If there is a fault with your product, we will offer a "like for like" or superior exchange where possible.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in original packaging, incomplete products sent back will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. This includes instances where multiple items are purchased as part of a larger bundle product.

You must request a ‘Returns Authorisation (RA) Number’ by emailing us at This must be done prior to returning the products. We will then issue you with an RA number which must be written on the parcel.

Any returns sent without an RA number on the box and a completed RA form will not be accepted.

The RA number is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
