Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at techenergi.com.

You must notify us within 30 days of any items that you are not satisfied with.

You will always have the choice of an exchange or refund.

All goods come with a lifetime warranty from purchase date. If there is a fault with your product we will  offer a "like for like" or superior exchange where possible.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in original packaging, incomplete products sent back will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

You need to request a ‘Returns Authorisation (RA) Number’ by emailing us at info@techenergi.com. This must be done prior to returning the products. We will then issue you with a RA number which must be written on the parcel.

Any returns sent back without a RA number on the box and an accompanying RA form will not be accepted.

The RA number is only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
